Coating Methods

Gavin recognized the importance of a high-quality finish on our site furnishings. That is why we offer a state-of-the-art polyester powder finish on all metal components. Three key elements are essential to achieving an attractive and durable finish: proper surface preparation, proper application of powder and proper curing.

All metal components offered by GAVIN are :

1)blasted to white metal

2)coated with zinc rich primer

3)finished with a top coat of polyester powder

4)cured for approximately 20 minutes.

Other finish options:

Steel pipe with hot dip galvanized treatment

Hardwood in natural or paint finish

Stainless steel with satin or gloss polish
